An anxiety attack is a mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one’s daily activities. Celebrities are human like the rest of us and so they might have possibly experienced such before and Tiwa Savage who is one of Nigeria’s biggest music acts understands what it means to have anxiety attacks.
The singer who recently made the headlines for stating that she might have to go naked for her next music video took to her Instagram story to share the short prayer for people battling with mental health issues. She wrote: “Special prayers for those of us who suffer from anxiety attacks.” \
