Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has taken to social media to celebrate singer Davido as he clocks new age today, November 21st 2023.
Davido born David Adeleke who recently bagged 3 nominations at the forthcoming 2024 Grammy Awards clocks 31-year-old and by extension has been celebrated by fans and celebrities.
Celebrating his nephew’s birthday, Governor Adeleke showers encomium on Davido as he recalls how Davido shared his musical aspirations with him years back when he was yet to break into prominence in the music industry.
Speaking further, Governor Adeleke said he was the one who encouraged Davido to do music telling him to aim higher.
He added that he is now proud of Davido’s achievements including, being a multiple Grammy Award nominee, philanthropist, and all-round great individual.
Adeleke wrote; “Happy birthday @davido. I vividly remember when you shared your musical aspirations with me years ago, playing me your EP. I encouraged you to aim high, and now, as a MULTIPLE Grammy Award nominee, philanthropist, all-around great individual, I’m incredibly proud of the man you have become.”
