Tragedy as secondary school students involve in car accident while celebrating their final WAEC exams (Video)

A group of overzealous secondary school students celebrating the completion of their West African Examinations Council (WAEC) exams has been involved in a car accident.

The incident occurred shortly after the SS3 students, who were boys, decided to mark their significant academic milestones. They packed themselves into the car, a Toyota Camry believed to be owned by one of them.

In the video, they could be seen speeding while on the premises of the school; with one of the students sitting on the edge of the car’s window.

However, the joy became sour almost immediately after they ran into a tree, causing a great damage to the vehicle. The video captured the damaged car while zero details was made known about the students’ safety.

It can be recalled that some students signed out happily in school after writing their final WAEC papers.

The video triggered massive reactions as social media users shared their thoughts via comment section. Some reactions are shown below:

mz_sammyy said, “Judging from the kind of school, their parents cannot obviously afford the car… question is how did a secondary school child buy a car?”
