A woman has sparked widespread reactions online after opening up about the challenges she claims to have endured throughout her marriage, including financial struggles, emotional pain, and a prolonged lack of intimacy.
Speaking in a viral video, the woman explained why she finds it difficult to forgive her husband despite remaining committed to the relationship.
According to her, she contributed significantly to building the family’s assets and believes she played a major role in acquiring most of the properties currently owned by the household.
She also alleged that her husband frequently kept details of his income from her, despite working in a well-paying job.
The woman claimed that financial support from him was often insufficient, forcing her to cover household expenses with her own money.
Sharing her experience, she said:
“As I dey here so, wetin my husband do me, if no be God I no sure say I fit forgive am. As I dey now if I wan buy something of N400 he will give me N50 and I will add to it.”
She further explained that the difficulties in the marriage affected different areas of her life, including her emotional and physical wellbeing, adding that concerns about her health eventually made her seek medical attention.
Despite her grievances, the woman maintained that she has no plans to leave the marriage.
She stated that she remains committed to the relationship and has no intention of pursuing another relationship outside her marriage.
